Becoming Tree is a performative guided walk in which stories and personal anecdotes are woven through the exhibition spaces. Structured by musical interludes and spoken-word poetry in French, Fon and English, the work foregrounds diasporic expression and frames Black creative production as a holistic practice within a pan-African and global dialogue.
